I ordered two Google tablet computers for my children, along with a 2GB memory cards and warranties, since they are very hard on devices like this. When they arrived, they were total garbage. They did not maintain a charge for more than 10 min when in use. Most of the apps were in Japanese, a language I do not speak or read.
I returned them to eGlobal since they could not be used by anyone while not plugged in for more than a few minutes and they were just worthless tablets. They charged me the 25% that people are complaining about. But, they took an additional $30 for some unknown reason. Even if they kept the warranty funds, that does not equal $30. They will not return my emails requesting information. I also had to pay the return shipping for the devices.
By the time it is all said and done, they have taken nearly 95% of the original cost, in their 'restocking fees'.
