I ordered PC components on 10/22/01 that I never received. They did send me one e-mail in reply, but nothing was ever delivered to me.
I send a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission by writing to this address:

My C.C. Was debited for full amount of $432, with NO recovery possible! So, I filed complaints with Dallas, TX BBB, the Federal Trade Commission and the Farmer's Branch, TX Police Department. Sgt. Richard Stapleton's e-mail address is:

Sgt. Stapleton looked into their company, but it was "locked down tight". He encouraged me to file official reports on the company with the *Texas Attorney General's Office*, and to include any/all transaction papers, e-mails, invoices, etc., so that the Attorney General can pursue them legally. The Farmer's Branch, Texas police has very LIMITED authority to deal with these hoodwinkers. So, gather your papers and FILE your complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office for them to pursue! Do it NOW!

When I contacted the Dallas BBB, they said that they
had been receiving numerous complaints about Viking
Computers from many other people. I also contacted their online sales people at "www.easycart.com" who immediately disconnected their automated order-taking site for Viking Computers. (Yeah Team!)
Note that "Ms. Tuyen Au" is listed as the President of Viking Computers as verified to me by the Dallas BBB.
I am filing an official complaint and case with the Texas Attorney General's Office as they are the only entity who seems to have the AUTHORITY to pursue and PROSECUTE this company. PLease do the same if you want any hope of recovering your own money, time, frustration, damages, losses!
