I received promotional materials from them in a bulk mailing postmarked 8/20/04. From the misspelling of my last name, they had to get my address from my Hawaiian Miles account. I waited until 9/22, called the 1-800 # (now disconnected) spoke with an operator and ordered a 30-day supply of LipoBan. She offered a deal for automatic shipments each month that would include CarboBan, which I declined. The charge posted to my credit card 9/25/04.
One week later I received a letter for them thanking me for my order and again offering CarboBan. I ignored it and waited for my order to arrive. I tried to call both #'s today 11/04/04 and found them to be disconnected. I would try to send a letter to the address, but seeing there are other reports on them - I doubt it would get me any response. I have filed a dispute with my credit card in hopes of getting the charge reversed.
