I waited a long time to order this product. I got one for me and wanted the free one for my grandson. I decided to order another one (plus 1). The next page showed me these were already billed! No

They need to provide an approval page so you know exactly what your total is. I cant go back an change it
Trying to talk to a person live if virtually impossible and when and if you do, you get someone who barely speaks the language.
