I ordered free trial from RezV and did exactly what was asked if not satisfied with product. I can not get anyone to answer phone and it states can cancel if not happy with product but they tell you to print page with confirmation number on it which I did however at the very bottom it states: Please print this page for your records. If you need to contact customer service you will need our ORDER ID information in order to reference your order. I did print page but there is no ORDER ID information to be found anywhere. I even saved the package the product came in. They do not give you a tracking number or any type of ORDER ID information. The confirmation number is bogus. It does not help if you do not have tracking number or ORDER ID information. Can not get anyone to help me with this. Once you print page it will not let you go back and try to get ORDER ID information it just keeps trying to make you order again. Please help me with this if you can.
