On the MasterCard for Milwaukie Chiropractic Center dated 7/06 there was a charge for $304.04 and for $256.08. Both items were from Direct Electrodes and Tens. We had not ordered them. We received the items but had not ordered them. We were a customer of theres. We called and asked for a return label. We returned the $304.04 order but deceided to keep the smaller order. We have never been reimbursed. I asked that our charge card number be removed from there data base but it has not been done, as we reordered and asked to bill us for it but they charged our card. I have tried to call them about this but they
do not respond to my calls as you have to always leave a message. I left a message did not tell them what company was wanting to order just I need to place a order and my phone number and they returned my call but would not help me with my
problem. I tried to fax over my problem but the fax did not work, I have sent them a letter 7weeks ago and have not heard from them.
