Dr. Sargent Jr., Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, GEICO. Dr Minehan medical malpractice aimed towards women

Covered up their malpractice against me... Prescribed Ambien, Paxil, Buspar, I had a psychotic episode because a) I became pregnant, had a condition that caused me a psychotic episode, then they surrounded me after just having a pelvic exam, made me signed papers, and took me to court after giving me an unnecessary total hysterectomy. Multicare called me on a Friday two hours after an exam. They told me it appeared I was in advance uteral cancer and if it is true I have about 3 weeks to live. So over the weekend I put my finances in order planning to die.

On Monday morning the doctor told me they were mistaken but that I had a cyst on an ovary and a fibroid tumor outside the uterus. The doctor told me there is another option but he recommends a total hysterectomy. He just told me I wasn't going to due so he was my hero and he could have told me that he needed to amputate at the head and I would have agreed to it. So on Halloween 2005 he took out my entire woman.in November during my female check up after the hysterectomy, having had my legs just spread wide open, a group of security people surrounded me and issued an order for me to not return to my doctor's office.

Evidently Dr. Sargent was upset because I was still freaking out over the negative reaction I'd had to Ambien situation so he was issuing a directive that I cannot return to the clinic. I did not understand what was wrong with me.in reality I had had a psychotic reaction to Ambien that they were trying to cover up, and I did not need a total hysterectomy, but the MultiCare surgeon makes more money from the insurance companies (mine was Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield) to give total hysterectomies versus partials, and because partials take more valuable time for the doctor too they do this instead of a partial.

Surely I signed everything to allow it, and surely the doctor made sure I signed a form that I understood all the options. Surely the doctors have great lawyers to cover their assets. Then if all of it wasn't enough Dr. Sargent took me to court. And because they did not prove their case the Judge bullied me into saying I did something that I did not to. Nothing in this country is equal or fair. And since I've learned it is a common practice and an agreement to not only provide total hysterectomies, but to cover up with lawyers their malpractice towards us. Multicare is a nonprofit, but don't believe it.
