My experience is the same as everyone else. I wished I had known about this website to check them out. I noticed the information about EpiClear in our local paper. I thought great this might work for one of my children. I called Sept. 21 and told them from the very first do not send anything. I wanted to make sure this worked for my teenager. I was very clear in my requests. I honestly do not remember saying that I would accept future shipments.
My teenager did use the product and it did not work for him. I understand that everyone is different and reacts differently to products. No big deal.
Much to my surprise I received a box from EpiClear - I called them and asked why - oh you agreed to this - after much discussion with them on the phone - they did agree to $75 credit. They did lie about it hitting the bank with the $164 charge. "It already hit the bank last week" - I was too late to call the bank that day but early the next morning I was at my bank - it had just went through. There was no way it could be stopped. I was sick. $164 is a lot of money down the drain and is not easily replaced. My banker after much discussion about what happened gave me a credit (which they did not have to do). My husband tried to talk to them - they would not even talk to him because he was not me. Jennifer was not very nice to me at all. I asked for a supervisor and Jennifer said she was the supervisor. I asked for her boss and that person was gone. Um-hmm, do you believe her? I certainly did not.
I was able to get the Customer Quality Review Board fax number from Angela (whom was very nice). I was surprised to find one nice person there. Tracy said I agreed to the product shipment because she listened to the recording. How can I fight that? I do not have a recording.in the future when I make an order for anything - I will do so at the office so I can record the conversation - beat them at that point.
I offered to send the product back to them - package was never opened. I also offered to pay for the shipping and handling to get rid of it. They do not want to do the right thing - don't lie, don't rip people off. How can they live with themselves? I know I could never knowingly act like them - I would never be able to look myself in the mirror. Please stay away from them for your protection!
