EPICLEAR - VISION LABS - Visiontel Communications -Vision Lab Tech RIPOFF Offered me a sample of product w / promise of no further obligation then unlawfully billed me

RIPOFF— Offered me a free sample with a $4.95 S&H charge with the promise of no further obligations.
Then, a month later I get a bill for $69 for products I did not order.

So, contrary to their "promise", I'm now apparently enrolled in their "program". Here's how they say you can get out of the program:

"If you want to customize your membership in the Epiclear Skin Club, or if you want cancel, simply call us between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, (1-888-598-7693) and one of the Epiclear representatives will be happy to help."

But they don't answer the phone and there's no way to leave the program online.
