Product quality and excessive processing fee

I read their quality statement and decided to try their flavored liquid stevia products. When they arrived we opened one of the two three different flavors. They did not taste anything like the advertised flavor and decided to return them. There were four unopened bottles. I was informed that the processing fee was 25% of the original order. To me this is excessive, especially when they describe their committment to quality products. On the unopened bottles it does say to refrigerate after opening. As these were not opened and the seal was still intact it is their choice not to resell the product. My experiment in dealing with ecologics ended up costing me about $50 for a product that was not of the quality I wanted. There are other places to purchase these products and I encourage consumers to review these sites first.
