Took my money from my credit card and never recieved my item and it has not even been shipped yet since august 20 internet

I ordered 3 powdered drinks named Osuke and the total was $110. I have never received my item since august 20 and it says on my google wallet they have not shipped my item yet. I tried calling them and emailing them but no response.
