On 9/12 I had ordered vitamins from Herbaladvisor total amount 73.86 two days after order it was charged to my credit account.inv #HA0070895. On the 20th of September, I had called because it showed that the merchandise had not been delivered; I was told that the order had been held because they didn't have all the merchandise on hand.
On 9/29 I emailed them because I still hadn't received the merchandise. The telephone Numbers they supplied were disconnected included the one advertised on the main order page. On 10/1 I tried to contact them agaim to no avail. They do not respond at all. I have copies of from their web site that states they never shipped the order and I haven't received my refund. I am 64 years old and relied on their honesty. Guess you can't trust everybody.
