I have ordered from herbaladvisor.com in the past without any problem at all so I was very surprised when this order was never filled. I like the others who have written to you have been ripped off this time!!!
I placed an order on 9/08/04, my order didn't arrive timely so I called them on 9/23/04, spoke with a person, was told that the vitamins I ordered were on backorder and it would be another 10 days before my order would reach me. I waited at least 12 days before attempting to call herbaladvisor again at which time their 1-800 number and their local California number had been disconnected.
I tried for several days without any luck. I have also emailed them to inquire about my order which they didn't respond to. Today I tried to go to the website and it was no longer available at all!!! I am now without my vitamins and my $25.49 for the product.
