In July I ordered phentermine from an on-line pharmacy. A couple of weeks later they told me they could not fill my order and offered me meridia alternatively to which I repeatedly said no.
They promised to promptly refund my credit card. I contacted their billing company which is ccoins.net on 9-9-04 and 10-3-04. Both times I was assured of a refund. The female that I spoke with has a british accent and my credit card indicates that the location may be Great Britain.
To this date I have not received a refund of 133.95. I am really ticked off!
