National benefits consultants, inc. Aka nbc health ripoff liars sold a medical plan they didn't have. After paid for! Florida nationwide

We were searching the internet for medical insurance.
We received a call @ home from NBC HEALTH. They told us
of this great pkg. So the sales person told us it was a free trial for thirty days and all we had to do is activate the cards when they came in. Well we received the pkg. It was nothing we had spoken about. It stated this is not medical insurance. It was a discount plan. We never activated anything and immediatly called to question the pkg. We asked them to cancel and refund our money. Still nothing but rude people on the phone. So i e-mailed the request and still nothing.
