Wire Fraud. Liars. Stealing from your accounts while you spin your wheels and get no money back.
Fraudulent company ripping my wife off. They took more money, $250, out of our account several days after the legitimate charge. Our bank, Chase Bank, sees the charges that have posted, not pending, but the lies you get from 1-800-contacts is that they see nothing.
My wife called on Monday Aug. 27th, they say they are refunding the money and she will get it by Friday Aug. 31st. I knew better and had her call Aug 28th to have each and every representative say they do not see where she called and lie to say they do not see the charges. They are masters at leaving you frustrated and masters at lying. This is the program here at 1-800-Contacts, steal from them, slow walk them, lie to them, falsify notes and laugh as they get no satisfaction.
This company is under orders it seems to slow walk people, lie to them, and look at their own fraudulent notes and rake you with their lies. Enzyte company did the same types of things which led their leader to PRISON time.
These very friendly people when they take your order but when you notice you have been stolen from you will not get anywhere. They lie back and forth, deny seeing the money that has obviously been taken and purposefully wreak havoc in your lives and demoralize you with no actions being taken to actually do the right thing.
This company is a fraud. This company will rip you off and lie to you and laugh at you while you spin your wheels getting nowhere. I am filing suit against this company as well as filing a lengthy report with the attorney generals office. I am also going to sit down with the District Attorney here in our city to get these frauds painted as the criminals they are. I want them punished for the crimes they are commiting.
And... They did not send the correct lenses. They sent crushed boxes of two different kinds of contacts.
