This company is ripping off the consumers. Our client was given this product from a doctors office. The clients PIP auto insurance was billed for over $6,374.00 and they paid out over $3,000.00. The tens unit itself was billed at $2,595.00 (ridiculous for any tens unit) and the pads were charged for over $3,779.00. When we requested the HICFA billing forms and documents that were sent in to substantiate the charges (from the auto insurance carrier), I notices that Zynex was sending in the same initial request form that was filled out with the same date over and over again.
