Incompitent vet exam of pet, which contributed to the animal's death

I took my pet cocker spaniel (sandy) into this vet on aug. 4 because she would not eat and would not move. Dr gowen half hartedly looked the dog over and found a infected anal gland, he cleaned the area and gave the dog a shot of baytril, he listened to the dog's heart but said nothing, i then paid him $169.00 and took my dog home. About 6;30pm the dog stated to have siezures, my wife and i gathered up the dog and headed for the nearest animal er. While in route sandy died, when we got to the er, the vet there said the dog was full of fluid, now dr. Gowen knew that sandy had a heart condition and did nothing for her. Do not take your pet to this vet!
