Multiple bad and cancelled orders, poor customer service

I don't even know where to begin, but... My doctor faxed in RX's on July 13 for insulin and supplies. Unfortunately I am stuck to this horrid company for mail order. I had my doctor also give me a 30 day RX as we know CVS online is nothing but slow. I called in near the beginning of August to get the 90 day process filled. The doctor inadvertently faxed in both the 30 and 90 day RX slips. CVS claims they never got the 90, and tried to railroad me for the 30 day (mind you costs the same as the 90) and after having my doctor re-fax it in again, I was told that the order would ship out in the next 2 days. Here it is, a week and a half later, where they shipped the order without a signature required, and UPS left it at my door for over 4 hours in the sun.By the time it was discovered the medicine was well above the needed temperature. Now they will replace the order, but it takes 3-5 days to process this (their fault mind you) I have now been without insulin for days, and I have stressed that several times, but their attitude is so apathetic. Now because of the screw ups with them, I cannot even get my 30 day ones that I have refills on completed because of the multiple orders they have generated. To top it off, one of their pharmacists (Bernie) told me to use the insulin that was well over 80 degrees and who knows how long it was that temperature. Thanks for caring CVS/CareLESSmark
