The lady i spoke with outright lied to get me to take a policy, and when I called to find out what was going on, I was told she (Courtney) was no longer with the co. Then I called to speak to another agent Richard D., and he wanted me to call Courtney myself. Please, please, DO NOT TAKE A POLICY with these people, we're out almost a thousand dollars, I also called to cancel the policy and they charged my credit card anyway, then they told me I hadn't cancelled, when in reality I had, now the credit card co.
