This really angers me. I have primary progressive multiple sclerosis and they will not fill prescriptions for anti-fatigue medications (first Nuvigil (which I took previously as Provigil) and second, a prescription for Adderall). I gone the pre-authorization and appeals route to no avail. I have been forced to sign my Medicare D over to them being I am insured by Anthem Blue Cross and this is the drug company they hired after firing Medco last year (CalPERS). I'd like to sue this company. Anyone out there care to join me? If so let me know and we'll find a lawyer and GO FOR IT!
