I ordered a product from them and never received it. So after almost a month I email asking about it. They tell me I can pay to reship or get a product refund minus 15% restocking fee. I agreed to pay the reshiping. They give me a refund of a little over 21.00 for a product I paid over 60.00 for with shipping. There customer service stinks big time. Why bother asking a customer what they want if your going to do what you want?
In my opinion they are crooks! Crooks with bad customer service.
