Ripoff, dishonest fraudulent billing of my credit card

I went on line to order a 30 free supply of Suvaril. The page asked if I wanted to be enrolled in the automatic mailing of a 60 day supply, to which I replied no. Thirty days later, I received a 60 day supply, charing my credit card with $70.00. When I called to complain, I was told that all free 30 day supply requests are automatically enrolled in the 60 day cycle plan. I told them I did not authorize this charge and wanted my money refunded. They told me they do not make refunds and would not accept the 60 day supply being returned. When I pressed further, I was told they would give me a $35.00 refund.

I called my credit card company and filed a complaint to have the charge removed from my card.
