Berkley Altovis - askBerkley ripoff, Dishonest claim of money back gurantee, fraudulent billing nationwide

I recieved a free 30 day supply of altovis for the cost of s/h, my credit card was charged $70 a couple of weeks later which I did not authorize.

I called berkley altovis and asked what was the $70 charge for and they said for a two month supply of altovis.

I never recieved a two month supply, only the 30 day free supply and I did not want the two month supply.
I said I wanted my $70 credited back to my credit card and they said they would not credit my money back because they already shipped it.

I said I would send it back unopend as soon as I recieved it. I do not want the product I want my money credited back, They advertise money back garuntee then they say no refund.

This company is dishonest and a ripoff!
