Ripoff called for free 30 day supply of avlimil. Free sample leads to costly headache

They included a free supply of ogoplex without my permission. After free supply i called to tell not to send anymore products. They sent more, with a post-it telling me if this was sent in error call. I callled may 10.'04 they told me to send it back, l i did, then i received a letter telling me they they will not credit my credit card. They keep giving me the run around
