Ripoff fraudulent billing charged for product that I did not order or receive threatening to ruin credit

I was charged for a product that I did not order nor receive. I have spoken to company with no help. I am still receiving threatening letters saying that they are going to report me to a collection agency and ruin my credit. How many people must get taken before something gets done?
