I did not ask for or receive this product. Only a bill from a collection agency threatening to begin an extensive search on all my employment history, credit reports, bank accounts, DMV, real estate and personal property records at MY EXPENSE!
I am still trying to contact this collection agency, with no luck so far.
I called this septic company's several numbers and finally got someone claiming to be customer service. He basically told me I needed to write the collection agency for documentation, but they sent me this product, or I would not be receiving a bill.
He told me they have to have permission to ship it, so if I didn't approve it, then someone with my name and address DID.
GREAT! So, I HAVE NO product to pay return shipping on, nor do I want it, so apparantly I will have to fix my credit report that this will undoubtedly taint, because basically, I was told to just send in the money.
Just a note: The owner's reply is quite distasteful, considering he should be the customer service "example" to his employees, and it seems he has no sympathy or consideration for someone who feels they've been "ripped-off".
I will await my insulting, nasty letter from the owner, because I DO NOT have this product! I DO NOT want this product! And WILL NOT pay or take responsibility for what IS NOT MINE!!!
