I somehow signed up to receive a free 30-day trial of some type of vitamin. When it arrived I didn't want it and called the company to see what I could do about returning it. The person I spoke with informed me that I could discard the products and return the empty box. He specifically indicated that I would not be charged. I have now received around 10 threatening letters telling me I need to pay for this unused product for $44.97. I just received another threatening letter from a collection department auditor.
