I was pushed to get no-line bifocals that I did not want. I wanted the $79 eyeglass package, and as soon as the eye dr saw that I was 50 yo, I began being pushed (convinced) that if I did not get the no-line bifocals, I would not be able to see correctly. I tried to disagree and kept getting attacked by the dr and others telling me that I HAD to get the no-line bifocals or I would not be able to see.
I got them and I CAN NOT SEE properly! Everything in my peripheral vision is distorted and I can not even see a whole computer screen without looking through only the top distance part of the lenses. I was told I had to wait at least a week before going back to get another lesson on how to see with the glasses??? Or get an adjustment. I have spent 4 days now in misery! I am afraid of driving, or even walking with the distortion, not to mention the nausea with everything seeming to spin!
Their policy is to NOT give a refund if I am not happy. I CAN NOT see with these glasses or any other expensive thinner lenses (they also cause distortion)! I want at least my $100 extra paid refunded and the plain distance lenses put in my glasses!
