Peerless Optical
Dawit Debela, Carlos Ayala, Gerald Woodard, Gerry Woodard, Jerry Woodard Sold me defective eyeglasses, refused to remake them, & refused to refund my money after promising to do so

I purchased glasses from Peerless Optical on 9/19. Upon using the glasses, I noticed an unusual distortion in the top part of the lenses. This distortion is very pronounced while driving at night and causes vertical streaking in the top part of both lenses. I returned to Peerless within a couple of weeks and spoke to Carlos Ayala, the manager. I explained the problem to him and he said he needed to polish the tops of the lenses to reduce the distortion. After picking the glasses back up, the problem had not been corrected.

I came back again and subsequently requested Mr. Ayala to remake my lenses as some type of error or defect must be causing this distortion. He agreed to remake the lenses and said he would call when they were done. Several weeks went by without any call from Peerless.
