Declined to provide gear... And lied about this

2 yrs before, I broke my base. Apria sent some gear, that was broken. I named to obtain a alternative, and 2 yrs later am HOWEVER awaiting a return phone. Lately my CPAP machine broke. I named (twice) and not got a call-back. I went towards the workplace, where they declined to supply me having a fresh device, informing me my insurance provider has 48-hours to determine whether to permit me to carry on to breathe during the night. I particularly required a loaner, and was refused.

Our insurance provider claims that Apria informed them they had provided a loaner, and that I had declined. An outright lie. After I asked Apriais customer support consultant, she explained "We do not do this (loaners) since we-don't receive money." Gee. I wonder who'd laying... Because my insurance provider (UPMC) possesses Apria, they requirement that I take advantage of them. Additionally they somewhat increase costs by around 300%.

This isn't household doctor. It's a method to gouge clients. If you may prevent Apria, you would be a good idea to achieve this.
