This company called a senior in Paradise, California offering a prescription drug discount card. The caller named "Elmore Davis" claimed that the prescriptions would be filled in Canada for about 50% of the US cost.
The senior was persuaded to divulge his bank account number, and consequently a $299 electronic bank draft ensued. The client received an "amateur" looking packet (with a Candadian postmark) of information listing the suggested prices for commonly used prescription drugs.
This client had been victimized in 2002 by a simlar entity operating under a the name of MedPlan, out of Palm Beach, FL.
All attempts to contact the company to request a refund have failed.
According to the Better Business Bureau in Indiana, Medi 4 All telemarketers have been victimizing citizens in that state.
