As I tried to refi my home, I found these clowns had placed a lien on my home. When trying to clear up the mess starting with Sherman Acquisitions, who placed the lien, I got passed around to the companies listed in this consumer complaints. Each could only send me to the next, except VENTUS. They said it was closed, but sent me back to Wells Fargo.
Wells Fargo, of course said they would never sell a debt that had been discharged, right! They rightly sent me back to Sherman Acquisition the originator of the lien, but they have no information so they can't comment and tried to send me around the their other companies. I can tell this is going to be a pain in the butt. All for a bogus lien.
Sue 'em, I hope so, we'll see.
