I bought a Jack La Lanne Power Juicer 4 months ago. While I don't believe the product is everything they claim it to be it's not a bad Juicer. My big issue is a complete and total lack and disregard of customer service. They are more than happy to accept your money for anything you want to buy but try to get a hold of anyone in customer service. I have emailed them 3 times and this is the "automatic" response I get every time: — Transcript of session follows — 554 5.2.2 Mail box full.
554 5.0.0 Service unavailable. Is that Customer Service??? The reason I am trying to contact them is that they continue to BILL ME on a MONTHLY basis for items I have NOT ordered and the worst of it is I cannot contact anyone who will stop this on their side. So my alternative is to ask my bank to stop the charges (which I have to pay for) and block any future charges. If you doubt me email them yourself, go to the following website: http://www.powerjuicer.com/power-juicer-customer-care.php and select USA and hit email. Write anything you wish and you will get the response I get. - I am hoping that this report will cause them to open their emails and to listen to their customers however I know I am one person so if you have experienced something similar PLEASE report it and force change.
