I placed an order for a wig because they offered it for the cheapest price on the web. After being charged $9 for shipping, and it taking 2 weeks to receive, I found the wig to be not what I expected. I sent it back with my explanation that their shipping was too slow and what I wanted to exchange it for. I called, I emailed. I got a hold of some man who sounded as if he had just rolled out of bed. He said they hadn't checked their po box yet so didn't know what I was talking about. Really? Ok, so still no call, no email in the interim. Unbelievable. How hard is it to answer your phone and communicate with your customers? They sent the original wig back to me stating that the brand was one that was not returnable, funny, on their website, this particular wig isn't excluded from exchange and also that 14 days had elapsed. The item was returned within the timeline. I can't believe they are even trying to maintain an internet presence with the crappy type of customer service, blatant lies and outright rip offs they pull. I am going to my bank to put a fraud against them, and also writing to the BBB. Save yourself the headache, order from Wigsalon.com, Wigs.com, Wilshire, Joshua24, I've had good experiences with them all.
