I ordered the free 30 day supply of vitamins that I saw on t.V. When I gave them my credit card number I told them I didnt want a recurring charge for membership on my account. I cancelled my membership on line, but they had already reshipped more vitamins (which do not work at all) to my p.O. Box and charged my credit card for 140.00.
When I called to get a refund, they said they can't except the vitamins packages back even though I didn't open them. Then they played the recording at the time I made the purchase on the phone. The way he explained it on the phone, I thought It was a membership. I told him I didn't want to pay for a membership. Within his conversation he mentioned a date that I needed to cancel by. But from the begining of the conversation, I thought I had 30 days.
It was a scam, the way they handled my order on the phone. Just the fact that they taped my conversation and were able to play it back so quickly made me realise what a rip-off company that I was dealing with. When I mentioned this website to the supervisor when I called to complain, she credited my account for half. But I am still out 70.00.
