On receiving my second box of vitamins, I decided to cancel my membership and the automatic shipments. I sent an e-mail, which they apparently ignored. I wrote a letter and included the invoice so they would have all possible information they might need to cancel.
While checking my credit card balances, I noticed that I have been charged once again for a month's supply of vitamins, which I have not yet received.
Don't mess with this "trial" membership. There is nothing wrong with their product except it is very expensive. Once they get into your credit card account they won't let go.
