This company offered to let me try a product for 30 full days and then I would pay 4 monthly installments of only $9.99. On 4/02, they charged me $2.87. I never received anything. On 4/20 they charged my card $78.41. I called them and they said the product had already been delivered. I told them I had received nothing. They gave me a tracking number so i looked it up. It said it was delivered. They get me and my neighbor confused brcause of how our mailboxes are. I talked to the carrier and she neither remembered it nor where she put it. I called ultimatefacial.com back and they were quite rude. The guy i spoke to actually made me see red and i am usually an easy going person. I don't yell or curse, which, sad to say, i had to hold a loy of that back so that wouldn't happen, but praise the good Lord, it didn't, but I think I would have felt better, even for just a second and then i would have regretted it. They won't send me the product or give me a refung. What should i do? BTW, Josh (their service rep_ siad they had no superiors, supervisors or any type of customer service to issue refunds or who could talk to me, or who could send me another product.
