I had no complaints about this company until January. I have used them to order the SAME MEDICATION every month since Aug. Of 2011. For 5 months I only hit a few speed bumps, causing my medication to take longer than usual, but luckily I had not run out yet. I did not receive my order at all in January, as it finally arrived Feb. 6th, taking 17 days to process. I had to go 8 days without my meds, that my Doctor said could cause death if stopped abruptly. At the very least, I am in agonizing pain, and violently ill from running out. It has been all downhill ever since. Every month they are late to the point that I run out. I call them several times and get several different excuses each time. I speak to Supervisors who make promises of RUSHING my meds to me and shipping them overnight for no extra charge! These promises are empty, as the Pharmacy takes yet another 7 days to process my order. The problem seems to lie with the Mail Order PHARMACY and the Customer Service Reps. You speak to have NO CONTROL over ANYTHING! They CANNOT HELP YOU in ANY WAY AT ALL, and seem to not be bothered at all by this fact. At the end of the conversation they ask: "So, were we able to answer your question here today at CVS Caremark?" I had to laugh. NO, NO, NO, you DID NOTHING to help me at all. My level of anger and frustration with this company has reached heights that I could not even imagine. Do not use this mail order service if you need your medication on time, if you don't have the patience of a saint, you value your sanity or you have another choice. I do not have a choice, as these were the benefits doled out by my husband's company. If anyone else out there has experienced similar grief at the hands of Caremark and were able to contact someone within the company to remedy this type of situation, PLEASE POST IT HERE FOR OTHERS LIKE ME, WHO ARE IN DIRE NEED OF HELP.
