Gentle Dental ripped me off. They did not give me full credit for amounts that I paid. On two separate visits, I paid $50.00 each time. They only gave me credit for $42.00 because that was the total amount of the bill, each time resulting in a total overpayment of $16.00 to them. Then, one of the cleanings was paid in full by my insurance and they still charged me $50.00. The total of their bills was $463.00.insurance paid $193.54 and I paid out of pocket $198.27. Then, they sent me another bill of $76.19.in my calculations, they charged me everything that was owned after the insurance paid their part in addition to an extra $5.00. Rip-offs artists don't even know how to keep a running balance on a general ledger. Do not go to Gentle Dental if you value your money during these hard economical times.
