The Mission Viejo office in Orange County california will steal your money. They overcharged me $4300! Yes $4300 dollars. They informed me that amount was not covered by my insurance though it clearly was. I provided them with plan benefits and copay amounts yet they refused and tried to explan my HMO was only a "discount plan", a "PPO" type plan, and finally provided no coverage at all. They were first ordered by the insurance company to refund me $700 for the first two visits and $3600 for the remaining visits. Did Gentle Dental Mission Viejo pay as directed? Ha ha ha NO THEY DID NOT!!! However, my insurance company did and I hope they drop Gentle Dental Mission Viejo because they're thieves.
