I went to Gentle Dental of Indio, CA for a chipped tooth. I got a cleaning, multiple x-rays, and two fillings, one for the chipped tooth. The same tooth chipped again... Now a crown. Dentist Yvette Janku was so rough and it took so long I ended up with a dislocated jaw. Three months of terrible pain, unable to openly mouth, numerous doctors visits, etc., my insurance denied the bill for the crown and Gentle Dental has billed me after I already paid! I sent them all the doctors records and asked for reimbursement, they said no. Not even sorry. This will not end here. I will do everything in my power to let every agency know about this awful place and it's practices. Do not go there!!!
