Bradley Medical Equipment
Beware they will rip you off! Even if you have insurance cleveland, ohio

Where to begin with this, I had sleep apnea and went to Bradley Medical Equipment located at 1800 S Lee Highway, Cleveland, TN 37311.in April I had United Healthcare as my insurance company through my employer, and when I first was set up for CPAP equipment they explained that they would bill my insurance company for "10" months for the CPAP machine and indefinitely for the oxygen machine as it was something that could not be purchased outright but after "10" months I would just be billed for oxygen machine.

Well in June my employer changed carriers to BCBS of Tennessee. I called to let them know about this change in July of which they made the change. Well everything had been just fine and I called in again in either November or December and spoke with someone named Ashley who told me that I would no longer be billed for my CPAP machine after January because April to January was 10 months, to my surprise I get billed for Feb, and March as well. That is 2 additional months.

I call Ashley this morning and she tells me she will look at it. I said I would be in to discuss because I was dropping off my Oxygen machine. I get there and Ashley does not even speak to me they send someone names Susan to talk to me, who does not even identify herself to me and begins to talk to me like I am stupid. I am trying to explain to her that I was billed an addtl 2 months and she explains that is correct because that is 10 months. I asked if I could speak to the manager Pam, and she tells me Pam was not there.

At this point im wondering why im talking to Susan when I spoke to Ashley in the morning. Susan tries to do a beak down to me from a handwritten piece of paper with numbers on it that somebody has manually written down, which begins in April and I try to explain to her April to January is 10 months but she does not get this. So Pam the manager walks in and she tells me that they can continue to bill me because United Healthcare and BCBS have different rules. Thats cr*p, they need to stand behind what they told me, Pam tells basically they can continue to bill me until the insurance stops paying.

So basically because my employer switch insurance carriers my ten months started all over. She was VERY rude to me, I asked to speak with the Director Scott and she tells me that she was the manager and she could handle it. Obviously she was not handling it, I told them I would contact an attorney if need be and she continues to tell me that they will continue to bill me. So I go outside and call insurance company to file a complaint and walk back in to ask the manager for her last name and she tells me that no one in their office could talk to me anymore since I was calling an attorney. REALLY!!! Is this how they handle customers. Do not make the mistake i did!!! Beware of this company
