The management staff will say anthing it takes to get you to sign a contract and then act like they have never heard of anything you are talking about. I was a member for over 2 years and when they changed policies I could no longer use the club. It took over 3 months for them to stop billing my credit card, even though I mailed and hand delivered the cancellation letter. They are so unethical they only give you a PO Box to send the cancellation letter so you have no way to recieve any delivery confirmation. The $10 a month no contract is a used car bait and switch scam.
There are plenty of fitness centers around that appreicate their members and do business in a straightforward and ethical manner. Please shop around.
