This company gives u a free trial for 30 days and only charges you shipping and handling. They do this to get your credit card number. I went to cancel the account which u have to do 7-10 days before next shipment or your card charged again. So i called there 18668341715 number to do so and it directed me to cancel on there web page askberkeley.com.
And so i went there and thought i cancelled. Its a TRAP. They dont give u a confirmation code, nore does the page say print for your records, and they don't email you either. So you have no proof u cancelled. Which they require to get your money back. So they are giving out free samples to get your card number and trapping u in to another shipment.
I managed to argue long enough and threatened them with reporting them to the Better business bureau and they said they give me my refund but i havnt seen it yet so i reported them any ways cause they are scamming people and hoping to get people that just write it off as a lose which im sure theres more cause i heard other repersentitaves telling other customers it was shipped already they couldnt refund the money. Its a scam report them if you got scammed... Its only way to catch them...
