I've experienced nothing but poor customer service from Caremark. I've ordered prescriptions that have taken in excess of 14 days to arrive. They don't process prescriptions or fulfill them in a timely manner. They are not interested in helping the customer. Recently, they could not provide me with a bridge for a prescription because it hadn't shipped yet. But once it shipped, they could not guarantee that I would get a bridge. Ridiculous policies and procedures.
