Hey, guys. Until a week ago, I had no idea my employer's the notorious "David Haddad" and his wife "Lisa, " were responsible for all sorts of timeshare scans, and then went to the big leagues with the "Heart Check America" a body scanning company, aka the "Scamming of America, " cutting a malevolent swath of financial annilhism wherever they went. See, I had no idea because they had changed the name to "Lifescore."
I had tried to google "lifescore" and "Daniel Gallagher's" name (the clean front guy, legal owner, owner on paper—or whatever)—because David was the silent partner and refused to give me his last name. Hello! Should have been a clue not to work for 'em, but I'm kinda daft. It wasn't until the two partners split up did I google David Haddads name (having finally discovered it), and wow.
Heart Check America has scammed so many people and done so many illegal things, it's truly deplorable. I quit, deciding I couldn't work for thieves. I mean I can't sell people scans, and not give them to people. That is just plain unconcsionable. Suddenly last week, my marketing director, Lyazh Douglass, informed me that Daniel and David were spliiting up due to "irreconciable differences."
They were previously at "Pacific Imaging Center" space that they leased from doctors, (that they lied about by the way. They would say, "We have a full on Radiology Practice"). Uh yeah. But the radiology practice there had nothing to do with them! The doctor they used was the infamous, Doctor Millgram." He has had many run ins with the law: had licensce suspended in New York, then he it was revoked for "practicing without a license, " in Nevada.
Doctor Milgram has done this rodeo before. He, himself had a clinic named of all things, Lifescore, a couple of years back that suddenly closed doors and scammed people out of lot's of money. He was also affiliated with Heart Check America, having seen his old office's address is the same as Heart Check America that was located shortly in San Diego. Now with the current split, David, and Doctor Milgram are opening their new office, "Lifescore" on 7350 La Jolla Village Dr, La Jolla CA. Don't know number yet because I quit.

The other owner, Daniel Gallagher has opened his new clinic, "Lifescore Clinic" right down the street: 7225 La Jolla Village Drive, #600 phone: (858) 242-5673 He claims he's not crooked like David, but that is highly doubtful. He is still employing some of David's old cadre way back from the super scamming time share days to the shattering demise of "Heart Check America" to now the fledgling "Lifescore Clinic."
I believe there is no way they are reformed—they have repeated the same crimininal behavior over and over wherever they go—they just change the name, and type of business. But the behavior is the same: violate every government code possilble, ignore the law, period, and take as much money as you can from people. The short time I worked for them, I witnessed first hand some of their egregrios business practices. The technology was always down. Customers were complaining they had yet to recieve their scans (some of them totalling 2000$), customers complained about the "predatory sales" practices, calling me very angry that I set them an appointment.
Sorry? What could I do? Did you at least recieve your free scan? I'd ask. BTW: not. Many called and said they either "walked out" of the ridiculously aggressive scare tactics they were being innudated with, or clenched their teeth through the whole thing, never to have recieved their scan. And for me? My comissions, were always short, a familiar modus operandi that they have done to all employees if they pay them at all. I'd like to see justice done, and have no financial stake in this.
I spoke with former CEO, Marchello Sozio, of the Illinois Heart Check America and he wanted to know how I got his phone # (631) 948-0187—I told him: "from the internet, dude, duh!" and he told me that he, his attorneys, and the Attorney General are looking for David, and could I please keep my mouth shut about all of David's whereabouts until he consults with his attorney? I told him that I "don't know you, so why should I trust you too?" This infuriated him and he said: "I think it's abominable that you question my word and character! How dare you!" I told him, "Dude, I don't even know you. Don't be mad 'cause I don't trust you!"
Anyhow, he got mad and hung up on me, and I googled him, and, it turns out he was one of the key players in all of David's shady dealings all the way back from the timeshare scam that bilked thousands of dollars out of people until now! Imagine that! Highly doubtful that he wants "to see justice done to all those poor people hat were scammed" as he so robustly maintains. Really? Maybe he is reformed.
