It took me a month to get scheduled, they only had 2 appts available a week, no everning, weekend - so basically, I had to take a day off of work to fulfill my LivingSocial package of $70 massage facial - over 2 hrs of treatments by 2 different therapists. Unfortunately, I was extremely sick on the day of the appointment - I could have gone in and spread germs far and wide - but I paid them the courtesy of staying in bed.
They completely took my money and refuse to reschedule. Maybe if this had been a $10 purchase I could let it go, but it was a $70 purchase and I feel that both the LivingSocial company and Lotus Day Spa ripped me off. That's a lot of money in my book. Guess I should have gone to the appointment instead of cancelling and inflicted an obnoxious flu bug on all of them instead of behaving with integrity and courtesy.
