A while back I ordered EpiClear, a product that truly does nothing. Unexpectedly I received a second shipment today for nearly $165.00. The "opt out" policy that I did notice, is not even used by many marketers or market research companies anymore. Furthermore, why would I want 6 bottles of a product that does not work?
When I called to try and return the package, I was told by someone named "Shawn" that there was no return policy (always a good indicator of a rip-off company).
When I asked to speak with his supervisor, there was none. After much aurguing, he told me the supversors' name was "Dee-Dee", but she was not in and he did know her last name and the only phone # he had for her was the 888 customer service number. When I asked who owned the company or who signed his paychecks, he didn't know. He wouldn't even provide a street address.
The best I got was that "Dee-Dee" would call me in 72 hours. I am not holding my breath that "Dee=Dee" or anyone else will call. (Especially since no one there has an outgoing phone line according to Shawn.)
What a total rip-off company. How are you still in business, with all the complaints I have seen on this website?
