HERBALZEN COMPANY POMONA Charged my credit card for $40.25 on 11/14 but never sent the product Internet

I ordered a product to remove skin-tags from an advertisement I saw on Facebook. The product was $40.25 and my card was charged on 11/14. I still have not received the product.

I searched on-line for their contact info as my bank only had the company name. As I looked on-line i found numerous complaints of a similar nature.
